Aww is so pretty!! Ok so this is just something I did really quick for fun. I was getting bored of my wallpaper so I wanted something different and I decided to make my own for once. I found this really awesome website for tutorials and stuff with photoshop called Photoshoplady and their tutorials are AMAZING!! I love reading tutorials and trying new stuff so I decided to try their abstracty neon one only difference is I only have Photoshop Elements 7 so no pen too :( but I improvised and I actually liked it. So yeah if you like it or wanna use it go ahead and download but please fav it :) ... Or not.
